We provide the participants with precious opportunities to visit companies as we have already built close connections with many local and oversea companies. We also invite senior managers to educate participants about skills of job-hunting, business management and starting up a new company. The beauty of this program is that participants can feel free to communicate with senior managers and hence to gain a better understanding about the company operation.

We hope to build connections with strategic partners in Asia and the United States to break the regional barriers and facilitate international elites through various programs and open communication. We have run this program four times, with different strategic partners from mainland China, Singapore, Macao China. Our programs will be oriented towards China (Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao), Europe and the United states (Silicon Valley); therefore we regularly form a team of about 20-30 people to visit our strategic partners and welcome them to visit us, during which period of time ‘YEA Company Visit’ and our other programs will be organized by our partners or us as well. Each visit will reinforce our connections around the world and serves as a solid foundation of the oversea internship program.
